I ordered two lamps and, sure enough, one showed up in the wrong color. I was already a little skeptical about the order going smoothly, so this kind of confirmed my concerns. Annoying because now I have to deal with fixing it.

the stuff looks nice, but the prices felt a bit too high for what you actually get. I ended up finding similar items for less somewhere else, so I’m not sure I’d order again.

My order went through without any issues and I got the confirmation email, so that part was okay. Now I’m just waiting on the delivery, and it’s a bit frustrating not knowing exactly when it’ll show up

"Nice pieces, just a little pricey pricey"
I ordered a few little home bits and they do look nice, nice enough that I’m happy to keep them. No major issues or anything, and shipping was okay, standard. I just feel like for the price, I maybe expected the quality to be a bit better. Not bad at all overall, just not totally sure it’s the best value for the money.

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried to return something the whole thing just felt way more frustrating than it should have. Nothing was really clear, the responses took forever, and I kept feeling like I had to push just to get anywhere. By the time they finally got back to me, I was already completely over it. Just left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Looks way better online than in real life"
I ordered this side table thinking it would be a nice little upgrade, but what a joke. It felt cheap the second I took it out of the box. The paint already had small chips, and one of the legs didn’t even sit flat, so it wobbles. For the price, I really expected much better quality. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again

I’ve been waiting for my delivery for two weeks now and it still hasn’t shown up. I get that delays can happen, but at the very least, a basic update or some kind of explanation would be the decent thing to do.

"Pretty close, but the timing was annoying"
The item mostly matched the description, so I’ll give it that, but the color was a little different than what I was expecting. It also showed up at a really inconvenient time, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Color Didn’t Match What Was Shown"
I ordered a couple of home decor pieces from enchantedhome.com, and to be fair, everything showed up in one piece with no damage, so that part was fine.
My issue is that the color really didn’t match what was advertised. The photos made it look like a soft cream, which is what I was counting on, but in person it’s definitely more yellow. It’s frustrating when a site makes something look one way and then what arrives doesn’t really line up with that promise.

I’m still keeping the pieces because they work well enough in the room, but they’re not exactly what I thought I was buying. I just wish the pictures were more accurate, so I’d give it 3 stars

"Well... I was let down..."
Well... I was let down by the selection. I thought there would be more variety, but a lot of the items looked really similar, and some of the styles felt kind of outdated. I had a hard time finding anything that fit what I was looking for, so I ended up leaving without buying anything

"Fit was a little tighter than expected"
I ordered my usual size, so I remember feeling a bit disappointed when I tried it on and it felt tighter than I expected. It wasn’t so bad that I couldn’t wear it, but I definitely wish the size chart had been a little more accurate. Would’ve saved me that moment of second-guessing in the mirror.

"So relieved it was as as it looked"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I first clicked around enchantedhome.com, but I ended up feeling relieved because it really is such a nice site. The colors and photos are calm and classy without feeling overdone.
Everything has that cozy home feeling, kind of elegant but still warm and easy to enjoy. I only meant to browse for a minute, but I kept clicking through because the pages were so pleasant to look at.
Overall, it has a really lovely aesthetic and feels easy on the eyes. After trying the site out for myself, I can say it’s just a pretty, relaxing place to scroll through

So... the checkout kept freezing on me, and then my discount code just disappeared. I ended up placing the order anyway, but it definitely made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be

"Maybe I expected too much, but it didn’t hold up"
I ordered a home decor piece from enchantedhome.com, and at first I really thought it looked nice. I was actually excited about it. But after just a few weeks, it started coming apart and felt a lot cheaper than I expected. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but I wasn’t rough with it or anything, just normal use around the house. For the price, I thought it would last longer. Kind of disappointed, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I ordered from enchantedhome.com and, uh, the delivery was actually faster than I expected. My items got here a few days before the estimated date, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or anything. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning, but overall it was a good experience.

"Exchange was fine, just slower than I assumed"
I ordered a throw blanket and quickly assumed the color would look like the photos, but when it showed up, it was a bit off from what I had in mind. Not a huge deal, but I decided to exchange it.

I figured the exchange would be straightforward, but it took a few emails and moved slower than I expected. Customer service was polite, just not exactly speedy. I did get the replacement in the end, so overall it was okay, just not the smoothest process.
